ABOUT MILLIE

Millie is a feral, all-black female cat that was trapped in front of the kennel. Although she lives in a room with two other cats, Millie does not trust humans. Millie could be adopted but it would have to be by an extremely patient individual who is experienced in working with feral cats. Otherwise Millie will become a long-term resident at our no-kill shelter.

If you feel you have the experience and patience to work with a highly unsocial feline that started life as a feral cat, please submit an application to adopt Millie. Once your application is reviewed and approved we will contact you to make an appointment to visit us at AALOC to meet Millie and get to know her a bit.

Donation of $100 for cat adoption includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and a microchip. Applications require a veterinary reference and home visit. We adopt to residents of Orange County, CA and surrounding areas. Please note: For families with children, we require children to be 10 years of age or older, although exceptions are made depending on the circumstances. For more information on adoption policies click here to visit our cat adoption page. Contact us by e-mail at aaloc@aaloc.org.

You may also sponsor Millie as a long-term resident of AALOC by donating for her care. Please click here for more information regarding pet sponsorship and email us at AALOC@AALOC.org for details on how you can become Millie’s benefactor.
