ABOUT JOJO
Jojo is a one-year-old FIV positive male who was abused by his only owner who got him as a kitten and kept him outdoors in a small wire crate until he was rescued. He desperately wants to be in a home where he can play and get the love he deserves.
FIV is a lentivirus, a slow-progressing virus that can compromise a cat’s immune system, reducing its ability to fight off illnesses. The virus has a long latent period then progresses so slowly that it may never affect a cat. FIV is not transferrable to humans. Jojo can live a long life with the proper care, but we recommend an adult-only home without any other pets.
Please apply to adopt Jojo. Once your application is reviewed and approved we will contact you to make an appointment to visit us at AALOC to meet Jojo and get to know him a bit.
