08-12-11 Brownie had his surgery to correct Entropian, a painful condition caused by eyelids that turn inward with eyelashes rubbing on the cornea. He will recover in foster care and be ready for a permanent loving home soon. Thank you to AALOC supporters and SSNAAP for making his surgery possible.

Brownie is a darling little 5 mo old puppy who was found abandoned in a grocery store parking lot in May. He was diagnosed with Entropion, a condition where the eyelids turn inward and rub into his eye. It is a painful condition and if not repaired, will cause permanent damage to his eye and vision. His rescue family are seniors with limited income and they can't afford the $650 surgery.
