Sarah & Mia's owner lost her job & home. Sleeping in cars, begging for food, desperate to be loved, two 11 yr. old shepherds with nowhere to go and only days to find a home.

Sarah & Mia are both shepherd mixes, black-n-tan, 65 lbs, who are 11 years old. Both have lived with their owner since adopted from a shelter as pups. After losing both her job and her home, their owner has no options except for both to go to a shelter where they will most likely face a tragic ending. AALOC is full with rescued animals, but has donated funds for temporary boarding. The girls are leash trained, housebroken, know several commands, and are accustomed to being indoor family dogs. They are good with children and other dogs, and would love to be adopted together if possible.
