Annie was rescued from a hoarding case in the San Fernanco Valley in June 2009 where there were over 150 dogs and cats on one property.
Although the animals were healthy and well-cared for, the caretaker suddenly fell ill from a stroke and rescue groups were called in before Animal Control could seize the animals. She has been in foster care since then.
Annie is a 2 year old Brown Wire-Hair Terrier Mix and weighs approximately 35 pounds. She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped and has no known health issues.
Annie is house trained, cheerful, friendly, and enjoys curling up on your lap. She is good with children and with other animals and tends to be submissive. She is accustomed to being in her crate at night and when nobody is home. She does better with women, and is a little more cautious with men. She's a good jumper and will need a secure area for play that she will not be able to jump out of. She is well behaved and only barks when someone is at the door.
