They took him to a vet for grooming when he was 7 months old and never returned to take him home. The noise and chaos of living in a kennel with many other animals desperate for love has been overwhelming for him. He has a heart of gold, but like the Lion in Oz, he has no courage...he looks to the AAL volunteers and staff when he is nervous. He may look mighty but he's a softie who would love someone to give him the love and confidence he missed in his puppyhood.
